Because each item is custom-made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference changes. We strongly encourage reviewing your order prior to placement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’re happy to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Delays
Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control are not eligible for refunds.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, production may begin and the order can no longer be canceled.
